Q. I already know the MLS number of the listing I want to view. Can I go straight to that listing's record?

- At the Property & Info Search home page, scroll down beyond the map, and enter your MLS number in the search box. (see diagram below). Then, click the Search button.

Q. I have a valid MLS number, but no listing displays when I search for that MLS number.

- If you entered a valid MLS number but no listing displayed, it means that the listing agent is not currently authorized to display listings on the Hawaii Information Service web site.

- Listing agents, if you are interested in displaying listings on this system, please contact Hawaii Information Service.

Q. Can I print the results of my search?

- Yes. To print your results at any time, select File | Print from your web browser menu. Note: you can adjust the Page Setup for your printer from the File Menu if you are having trouble with how the web page prints.

Q. Why don't all of the properties have photos available?

- The listing agent chooses whether to provide photos to Hawaii Information Service for inclusion on this web site.

Q. How can I get the properties I represent listed on the Hawaii Information Service web site?
