Q. I selected a category from the Property & Info Search home page, but I don't understand the results. What do I do next?

- When you search on a category after choosing an island, the search status screen will display the following information (see diagram below):

• a map of all the islands in the State of Hawaii
• the total number of listings currently available for the category you selected; and
• a list of property features to select from in order to refine your search

- The next step is to narrow your search further. You can:

a) Define the property features you are looking for from the list at the left of the page (this will give you all properties that fit your description as specified in the features list, regardless of location); OR

b) Select a location by clicking one of the islands in the map (this will give you properties in the category that you searched on for all of the Hawaiian islands).
