MLS Subscriber Application Form
 
Welcome and congratulations on your decision to join Hawaii Information Service as an MLS member. We hope that your real estate career will be fulfilling and prosperous! Please take the time to completely fill out the following online application. Once you hit submit, your Subscriber License and Access Agreement will be generated. If you agree to the terms of the agreement, a Payment Agreement will be generated. Please print the Payment Agreement, and fax it to Hawaii Information Service. Payment, your signature, and your broker's signature are all required. Agreements without both signatures and accompanied by initial payments will be rejected. The initial Set-up fee of $250 and MLS fees are required with the subscription agreement, if you are not paying for your services by credit card, your payment must be mailed with the initial payment to activate your services. ACH is not available for initial payment, only for recurring payments.
