>Note: Under current conditions we can no longer support the MAC OS. We have several people who use HIS effectively using virtualization programs such as Virtual PC or Boot Camp, however this is left up to the users discretion and not supported by HIS. Development is being considered in making the system Mac compatible. >AOL Users: You must connect to the Internet via AOL, and then minimize the AOL browser interface and open a non-AOL related version of Internet Explorer to run REsearch™ >Program Conflicts: If you are running a personal firewall program on your computer, you must disable the firewall or personal security software in order to log in to REsearch™. Once you are logged into the system, you can re-enable your personal firewall. Common firewall programs include: ZoneAlarm, Norton Personal Firewall, Norton Internet Securities, McAfee Personal Firewall. |
