SELLER'S AUTHORIZATION AND WAIVER FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SERVICES

With regard to the property known as:

the undersigned seller hereby agrees in this addendum to the Listing Contract as follows:

1. Authorization

Seller authorizes Agent to have interior and exterior photographs of the property taken and have such photographs digitized reproduced, published, transmitted and disseminated and displayed in any form or manner, including without limitation, by Agent, Agent’s Broker and Hawaii Information Service in and through the online realty information services operated by Hawaii Information Service or other forms of electronic distribution and in books, displays, publications and newspapers as well as any other use, media or means to aid in the sale or rental of Seller’s property.

2. Waiver

Seller hereby waives, acquits and forever releases Agent, Agent’s Broker, Hawaii Information Service, its officers, directors, employees and Hawaii Information Service shareholders, officers, directors, and representatives from any responsibility or liability concerning any photographic services, photograph, distribution or display of any Photographs in any form or manner.
