available - is WebREsearch™.
WebREsearch™
has incorporated the
best of ideas and knowledge into a browser based
interface, which allows more display versatility. Not
only can Realtors query searches using easy to understand
click boxes and drop down menus, the system also provides
a Photo Gallery (up 99 photos per listing) and eventually
GIS (Parcel Mapping) and Active Video (for virtual
walkthroughs). The data
which WebREsearch can retrieve is divided into five
modules.
- Multiple Listing Service Module
(MLS) – The MLS module is
restricted to businesses affiliated with real
estate. It contains information on the type
of property for sale, its status in the sales
process, tenure, price location, land area,
etc. One of the advantages of our MLS
product is that all real estate listings are
linked to a related tax map key property in our
Tax Map Key Module. Because of regional
differences in real estate legislation most MLS
software actually do not have this capability.
- Virtual
Walk-Through Module - The Virtual
Walk-through module allows the user to view a
property location over the Internet as if they
were there in person. Users have the
capability to turn around 360 degrees or look
straight up into the air. The user can also
look for hot spots such as doors and move into an
adjoining room with a simple mouse-click.
- Tax
Map Key Module (TMK) – The TMK
module contains public records for every real
estate parcel in the State of Hawaii, regardless
of whether the property has ever been listed in
MLS. It contains building details, sales
history, loan history, zoning data, assessed
values, PITT codes, permit details, a directory
of schools, etc.
- Precision
Map Module – Our Precision Mapping
System contains maps for all properties in the
State of Hawaii. Map users can move the map
up and down, left and right to get the result
they require. In addition, the user can
zoom in through several layers of ever-increasing
detail. Finally, the map user can use the
parcel overlay to get an exact reference of TMK
parcel boundaries.
- Rainmaker
Module - The rainmaker module
contains business registrations as well as
professional and vocational licensing. This
information can be utilized for sales, direct
marketing, market research, identity checks, as
well as many other possibilities.
