GIS Maps
In addition to the Tax Maps, REsearch™ offers integrated GIS Maps allowing the user to view a parcel, plat, numberous plats, an island and/or the entire state! With the GIS mapping module, users can view several areas at once. Current GIS Map layers include, color coded plats, parcel numbers, street names, flood zones and zoning.
Both mapping modules allow users to zoom in on neighborhoods and identify properties with as little as a street address or tax map key. Matched properties are flagged with an icon. clicking the icon brings up a complete history of the property. clicking next door and across the street brings up histories of those properties.
Both maps can be printed and/or inserted into emails or brochures for professional presentations.
