You will now have access to ZipForms to handle all of your forms online. This is made available to you absolutely free (Courtesy HAR) and will provide you some robust tools for managing your forms.
First you will need to be a licensed Realtor with an active NRDS #. Then you will contact HAR who will guide you through the process of setting up your login information. After you login to ZipForms you will use your REsearch Username and Password to use the MLS Connect.

To learn how to use ZipForm 6 there will be free classes being provided. To see the schedule of classes and to register simply go to www.hawaiirealtors.com or give HAR a call at 1-800-733-7060 and they can assist you with any questions you have and provide you with needed help and documentation.
We are planning to keep these in our system as long as possible. Because we may need to remove these, we highly encourage everyone to either save a copy to your computer or to print a copy for your files.
First go into the “Forms” section of REsearch. Here you will see your folders listed by the client’s names. As you select each folder, you will see the box below all the forms within. Select the form you would like to Print/Save, and then click on the ‘Open’ button. Once the form is open you can click the icon to save it.
You may receive some messages saying ‘Adobe Reader can only save a blank copy of this form’. Please ignore this Adobe message as our tests have shown it will in fact save the data in the form as well. You can also click the ‘Print Form’ option which will allow you to print it for filing away.
