MLS Syndication

We have more than three decades of experience in real estate technology and property data. Founded in 1984, MLS Hawaii, Inc. (Hawaii Information Service) is the official Multiple Listing Service (MLS) provider for Kauai and Hawaii Island, and we are proud stewards of our members valuable listing information.

We provide data syndication services that can provide MLS listing information for Kauai and Hawaii Island to websites, apps, CRM tools and other applications that support real estate brokers, agents, and their clients. MLS data syndication is available to licensed MLS members and the third-party vendors that they work with.

We can also syndicate rental listing data from our AlohaLiving.com rental property website.

Members have the ability to opt-in or opt-out of data syndication either as a brokerage or on a per-listing basis, although the vast majority participate.

Data syndication is provided via industry standard RETS services in IDX (active listings) or VOW (more fields and sales information) configurations, which can be updated on demand.
